Just finished a launch for Baldwin Events, it was so wonderful to be working again with my friends at Baldwin! The site turned out beautifully and is built on wordpress to make updates easy for their team. Check it out: http://www.baldwinevents.com/

So, after transitioning to a new job and a rather fast-paced move, I’m happy to report things are now running smoothly. My new position as manager of internet and database marketing at Scala is an exciting and challenging change of pace. I’m leading the redesign and redevelopment of their global site from the ground up including support and partner portals, blog and company intranet. In addition to my website usability, testing, conversion and development skills, I’ll be flexing my marketing prowess with an overhaul of their marketing automation processes and CRM strategies. Should be an exciting venture!

So this month I said goodbye to my friends and coworkers at Baldwin to take a new position. While at Baldwin I was able to contribute to a dynamic marketing team led by Anne Burns, who became a dear friend. Now led by Fran Walish, an amazing marketing maven who will no doubt, do many more amazing things. Some of my favorite accomplishments during my time at Baldwin included the following:

• Led the redesign process, content evolution, development and information architecture of Baldwin’s website http://www.baldwinschool.org.
• Increased returning visitors by 23% and new visitors by 11%.
• Instituted measurement of conversions reaching an all-time high this December of 6.4%.
• Development and search engine optimization of Baldwin School’s blog, The 701, which has had more than 2,000 unique visitors in four months since launching. http://blog.baldwinschool.org/
• Creation of interactive pieces including yearly holiday and annual fund messages in flash, actionscript 3 and utilizing third part tools.
• Development of several applications (special reports, academic reports, infraction reports, master communications, retention, employee onboarding, etc.).
• Re-development, content evolution and redesign of Baldwin’s intranet.

I express my deepest gratitude for the experience and relationships I’ve gained through Baldwin. I will miss my Baldwin family considerably and will be checking in often for updates.
